Managing Non-Profit and Co-operative Housing since 1990

– Serving over 2000+ units
(APM) Affordable Property Management

Our Story

APM proudly manages more than 2,000 units of non-profit housing across multiple regions in Ontario. Our diverse portfolio includes apartment buildings, stacked townhomes, and traditional townhomes, with communities ranging in size from 14 to 205 units.

For more than 34 years, APM has been committed to ensuring the properties we manage are well maintained, financially sustainable, and safe for all residents. Our team brings extensive experience with funding programs, regulatory requirements, and the legislation governing non-profit housing in Ontario.

As many non-profit housing providers approach the End of Mortgage phase, APM is well positioned to support boards through this critical transition. Leveraging our deep knowledge of the sector and long-standing relationships with municipal service managers and regional partners, we help guide negotiations to secure ongoing operational funding and promote long-term stability.

As leaders in non-profit housing management, APM provides knowledgeable and professional property managers and administrators who combine technical expertise with a strong commitment to service. Our
team understands the importance of compassion, respect, and clear communication with residents, while upholding the high standards of building maintenance and governance expected by Boards of Directors.

APM remains dedicated to supporting the goals and values of the non-profit housing sector and to helping our clients build safe, inclusive, and sustainable communities.
