APM’s philosophy is to manage our condominiums like a business, ensuring that maintenance fees are paid, services are provided, and owners are satisfied.  Our property management services are aimed at supporting the goals and objectives of the Corporation and ensuring that owners’ are provided with the best possible quality of life.

APM oversees all maintenance items to ensure that cyclical and preventative maintenance plans are prepared and executed to a high standard and to ensure that units are marketable and the property is attractive to the community. APM provides complete accounting and bookkeeping services in accordance with the expectations of the Corporation’s Declaration, by-laws, and rules and regulations. APM also provides full administration services including record keeping, preparation of status certificates, Board meeting administration and efficient reporting to the Board of Directors.

APM is certified by the Condominium Management Regulatory Association of Ontario (CMRAO) as a Licensed Provider of condominium management services. Maureen Barrey, President and Owner of APM, and APM staff are fully licensed as Property Managers, also certified by the CMRAO.
